Accommodation The lovely stone barn, which used to house the horses for working the fields, is still part of a working fruit farm. It is built in traditional Catalan style using local stone and ‘cayroux’, using techniques which go back to Roman times. The walls are left with exposed stone, or limewashed and the floors tiled with cool terracotta. The original mangers and hay racks have been restored and incorporated into the building. Linen and towels are provided and swimming towels may be hired. All baby equipment is available and there are plenty of childrens games. The accommodation has been arranged into 2 units, which are suitable for renting together or separately. |

2 comfortable double bedrooms and 1 large attic style room with 4 single beds, all with views towards the mountains. Two shower rooms. Spacious living area with comfortable seating, dining table, SKY TV, video. The living area opens onto a large sunny south facing terrace with barbeque. Fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and gas hob, large fridge and a good range of cooking utensils and crockery. Separate downstairs WC.

Stable : Sleeps 4
1 double bedroom with views over the fields towards the mountains. Bedroom with 2 single beds overlooking the courtyard. Shower room with WC. Living area with period furniture including easy chairs, dining table, TV and video. The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, fridge and all cooking utensils and crockery. There are east and west facing windows, looking onto the courtyard one way and peach trees the other. There is a table, chairs, and BBQ for outside dining in the courtyard, beside the old well.

Swimming Pool and Garden
The Barn and the Stable both have use of the luxurious 10 by 5m pool. There is a small circular pool with a depth of about 40 - 5O cm, suitable for the older toddler and youger children. The whole pool area is securely fenced and has a gate with a child-proof closing mechanism. For the energetic, there is table tennis and table football and other games equipment, including a children's sand pit.
